Jack Beaumont founded Greenstone Capital & Advisory as a niche investment banking & financial advisory firm. Jack has a wide range of expertise and education in finance & real estate. Jack has completed numerous transactions with a variety of asset types, scope, and industries. Additionally Jack has provided financial advisory and consulting to multiple firms worth over 1B in enterprise value. Jack derives his expertise from working in real estate for Nothing Bundt Cakes, Investment Banking at AB Advisory & Analytics, Valuation Analysis at Value Inc, and an Adjunct Instructor at the University of North Texas Real Estate & Finance Department

Jack has a Master of Science Degree in Finance, Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance both from the University of North Texas. During his degree Jack was also a D1 Track & Cross Country Athlete, and still hold a school record and represented UNT at numerous conference, regional, and national championships. Jack also has competed at placed top 10 at the IAAF World Mountain Running Championships where he represented his country of origin, New Zealand. Jack is also certified through the Corporate Finance Institute with the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) designation
